03Contact questions

Contact questions

Q01I'm a landlord. Can my tenant schedule the visit?

Yes. Choose "Duplex or multi-unit," put your tenant's name and number in the request, and tell us how you'd like approvals handled. We'll set up access with the tenant, but we won't start any repair without the owner's okay. Photos, notes and the invoice go to you, and we keep records by property address.

Q02Do you work outside the listed areas?

Sometimes, for planned work like water heater replacements, repipes, and new heating or cooling systems. For emergencies we stay close so we can get there quickly. Call your nearest city's line with your ZIP code, and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you in reasonable time.
